Terms of Service

Last updated: July 26, 2026

Summary

Outscore (“the extension”) is free to install and use for tracking. Outscore Pro is a one-time $20 purchase: a lifetime personal license, keyed to your email, that unlocks CSV export, CRM sync, and the Analytics tab. By installing or paying for the extension, you agree to the terms below.

The service

The extension is a Chrome browser extension that reads your own LinkedIn account to track the status of connection requests you sent and person-to-person invitations you received. The extension stores tracked data locally in your browser. The backend infrastructure (license verification, payment webhook processing, anonymous usage telemetry, and CRM connection brokering) never receives your tracked LinkedIn data.

License grant

Upon successful payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the extension on your own devices. The license permits activation on up to two (2) devices per license key. Each license key is tied to the email address used at checkout.

The license is perpetual (“lifetime”). You keep using the extension indefinitely after purchase, subject to these terms. There is no recurring charge.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the extension or your license key.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
  • Share your license key publicly or use a single license on more than two devices.
  • Use the extension in a manner that violates LinkedIn’s Terms of Service. You are responsible for your own compliance with LinkedIn’s rules.
  • Use the extension to scrape or store data about people other than your own connections and invitations.

Free tier

The free tier is available indefinitely, without an account, credit card, or time limit. It includes tracking, manual and scheduled sync, the widget, and the connections dashboard. Pro features (CSV export, CRM sync, the Analytics tab) require a one-time purchase.

Payment

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, Inc.), which is the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, tax collection, and chargebacks on our behalf. Their terms and privacy policy also apply to the transaction.

The one-time charge is USD $20 (or local equivalent per Lemon Squeezy’s conversion). There are no hidden fees and no automatic renewals.

Refunds

See the Refund Policy. Short version: refund requests within 14 days of purchase are honored without questions.

Your data

Your tracked connection data is stored on your device (IndexedDB and chrome.storage.local); we do not receive it. The backend receives the email address you use at checkout, an anonymous per-install identifier used to enforce activation limits, anonymous sync-health and feature-usage counts, and, if you connect a CRM, encrypted tokens for that connection. Contacts you push to a CRM travel directly from your browser to the CRM. Details in the Privacy Policy.

Service availability

The extension’s core functionality, reading and storing your own LinkedIn data locally, keeps working even when our backend is unreachable. The backend is used for license verification, anonymous telemetry, and brokering CRM connections, and includes a 14-day offline grace period so a temporary backend outage does not lock out paying users.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the backend or the website, but we will make a reasonable effort to maintain both.

LinkedIn

The extension is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation. “LinkedIn” is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation. Use of the extension is at your own risk with respect to your LinkedIn account.

Warranty disclaimer

The extension is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer’s total liability arising out of or relating to these terms or the extension is limited to the amount you actually paid for the extension (up to USD $20). In no event are we liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or loss of data.

Termination

You may stop using the extension at any time by uninstalling it. If you materially breach these terms (for example, sharing your license key publicly or using it on more than two devices), we may revoke your license. If revoked for breach, refunds are not issued.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will be indicated in the summary. Continued use of the extension after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel.
